Selection of investment support coaches in the governorates of Kef and Siliana
Those Terms of Reference are presented in order to select the coaches who will be responsible for supporting investment sub-projects promoted by entrepreneurs in the governorates of Kef and Siliana, with a particular focus on young people and women working in the agricultural development sector. Complementary actions may also be extended to the other governorates of the North-West, as well as to Kairouan and Gabès, for a limited number of investments that have already received financial support under the TRACE project (2021–2024), financed by the Netherlands through the World Bank.
The coach plays a key role as facilitator of local development dynamics and must be able to support the transition towards sustainable, innovative and job-creating investments. He/She must be the first to promote: the need for regularisation, transparency in procurement procedures, regular employment of young people and women, as well as the adoption of a blended financing approach (equity, credit and other sources).
