February 2024

The team of the consortium Microfinanza-ACK International-AGER, responsible for the implementation of the North-West component of the TRACE programme, welcomed Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Netherlands, Mrs Josephine Frantzen, in the Governorate of Béja.
The World Bank delegation, represented by the Country Manager Alexandre Arrobbio and Programme Manager Yosra Bouaziz, has coordinated the visit.

The delegation visited an oil mill and a cheese factory in the governorate of Béja to assess the progress of the projects supported, the main challenges they face and the services provided by the TRACE programme from which they have benefited. The visit was an opportunity to appreciate the motivation of the promoters and the skills they have demonstrated in supporting sustainable investment projects.
