Our assignment for MISFA in Afghanistan

We have been commissioned by Microfinance Investment Support Facility for Afghanistan (MISFA) to carry out a study on the impact of microfinance on the lives of clients in Afghanistan. We interviewed more than 1,600 clients from four different MFIs in order to understand their socio-economic characteristics and their needs in terms of financial and non-financial services. We investigated “if” and “how” MFIs are reaching out to the intended clientele and address their needs.
