Award of three individual consultancy contracts to external experts for assignments supporting the activities of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

Within the framework of the ERPAD – Eau Ressource Pour l’Agriculture de Demain project, co-financed by the INTERREG NEXT Italy–Tunisia Programme, the University of Catania has published a call for the award of three self-employment contracts to external experts.
The selected professionals will carry out surveys at farms located in the provinces of Messina, Catania and Ragusa, preparing farm-level water balances and identifying possible solutions to improve water management. The activities will involve a total of 15 Sicilian agricultural enterprises and will contribute to strengthening their efficiency, sustainability and capacity to adapt to climate change.
The selection is open to professionals holding a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, registered in Section A of the Italian Register of Agronomists and Forestry Doctors, and with experience in preparing water balances and assessing economic and financial sustainability. Applications must be submitted by 2 September 2026.
