The company has designed innovative and experienced-based learning processes aiming at translating financial knowledge into daily practices. The impact of the different interventions is mesured using a comprehensive evaluation toolkit that assesses lasting improvements in financial well-being, resilience, and access to financial services, with a strong emphasis on social sustainability.
Microfinanza’s financial education learning programmes are twofold: an extensive programme designed for training of trainers, and tailored programmes for vulnerable groups, including migrants and refugees, students, NEET, women, rural residents, prisoners, cooperatives, micro entrepreneurs and farmers.
Specific tailor-made programmes and tools are designed for MFIs and their clients.
