April 17th, 2026

Microfinanza has published the Terms of Reference for the selection of two short-term experts under the ERPAD project – Eau Ressource pour l’Agriculture de Demain, funded by the Interreg VI-A Italy–Tunisia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme.

The project supports agricultural enterprises in Sicily and Tunisia in a process aimed at improving the sustainable management of water resources, strengthening investment planning, and facilitating access to appropriate financial instruments.

The selection concerns two specialist profiles with complementary expertise: an expert in sustainable investments and agricultural business plans, with a focus on Italy, who will support companies in analysing investment needs, preparing business plans, and assessing the economic sustainability of the proposed interventions; and an expert in sustainable finance and blended finance for agriculture, with a focus on Tunisia, who will be responsible for identifying financial solutions and instruments to support investments in the agricultural sector, with particular attention to the Tunisian context.

The Terms of Reference set out the required qualifications, the expected activities, and the application procedures.
