Microfinanza coordonne un partenariat international composé de neuf organisations afin de promouvoir l’échange d’expériences, de compétences et d’opportunités entre nouveaux entrepreneurs et entreprises établies, avec une attention particulière portée à l’inclusion et à l’accès aux marchés mondiaux.
À partir de janvier 2027, ENS-TRAIN-NET 4 – Entrepreneurs Sharing and Training Network 4 sera lancé. Ce nouveau projet, coordonné par Microfinanza, s’inscrit dans le cadre du 16e cycle du programme Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. Le projet s’appuie sur l’expérience acquise par Microfinanza et ses partenaires lors des précédents cycles du programme européen et vise à la renforcer. Son objectif est de soutenir la création et le développement de nouvelles initiatives entrepreneuriales grâce à la mobilité internationale, au mentorat et à l’échange direct de connaissances. Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs met en relation les New Entrepreneurs – NE, c’est-à-dire les personnes qui souhaitent créer une entreprise ou qui en ont récemment créé une, avec les Host Entrepreneurs – HE, des entrepreneurs expérimentés disposés à partager leurs compétences, leurs pratiques de gestion et leur connaissance des marchés. Les échanges constituent une opportunité concrète d’apprentissage sur le terrain, tout en aidant les participants à développer des réseaux professionnels, des collaborations commerciales et des relations entrepreneuriales durables.
Dans le cadre d’ENS-TRAIN-NET 4, le projet prévoit de mobiliser plus de 500 nouveaux entrepreneurs et entrepreneurs d’accueil et de soutenir la réalisation de plus de 400 échanges internationaux. Il contribuera ainsi à renforcer les compétences entrepreneuriales et managériales des participants, tout en favorisant l’innovation, la transformation numérique, la durabilité et la capacité des micro et petites entreprises à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux. Microfinanza est heureuse de coordonner un partenariat international composé de neuf organisations, avec pour objectif de promouvoir l’échange d’expériences, de compétences et d’opportunités entre nouveaux entrepreneurs et entreprises établies, en accordant une attention particulière à l’inclusion et à l’accès aux marchés mondiaux.
Un réseau européen avec une nouvelle dimension globale
The consortium brings together Microfinanza and eight international partners: SELEGO (the Netherlands), CIVITTA UA (Ukraine), AEII – Asociación Educativa por la Integración y la Igualdad (Spain), KAINOTOMIA (Greece), BCCI – Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria), LECSA (Latvia), ZEYTIN (Türkiye) and ITC – Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias (Spain).
The nine organisations will contribute complementary experience in business support, training, innovation, internationalisation and economic inclusion. Cooperation among partners operating in different entrepreneurial ecosystems will make it possible to reach aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, professionals and established businesses across a wide range of European territories.
One of the project’s main new features is the expansion of opportunities to selected global destinations. Microfinanza and ITC will also work to promote exchanges with the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Singapore. This international dimension will enable participants to engage with particularly dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystems, explore new business models and develop relationships with potential international partners.
More accessible and inclusive entrepreneurship
ENS-TRAIN-NET 4 will place inclusion at the heart of its activities. Alongside the involvement of young people, women and people with a migrant background, the project will pay particular attention to young people from rural, inland and geographically isolated areas, where access to entrepreneurial networks, training and international opportunities may be more limited.
The objective is to make the programme accessible to people and communities that face greater barriers when seeking to transform an idea into a sustainable entrepreneurial project. Through tailored support, interaction with experienced entrepreneurs and access to international networks, participants will be able to strengthen their capacities, broaden their professional prospects and build more innovative, resilient and inclusive businesses.
Through ENS-TRAIN-NET 4, Microfinanza renews its commitment to supporting entrepreneurship that can generate economic and social opportunities by connecting territories, skills and people within Europe and beyond its borders.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs est un programme d’échange transfrontalier financé par l’Union européenne et destiné aux nouveaux entrepreneurs ainsi qu’aux personnes souhaitant créer leur entreprise. Grâce à une période de collaboration au sein d’une petite ou moyenne entreprise située dans un autre pays participant, le programme permet aux participants d’acquérir des compétences pratiques, d’apprendre auprès d’entrepreneurs expérimentés et de développer de nouvelles opportunités de coopération et d’accès aux marchés internationaux.
