I seguenti Termini di Riferimento sono presentati al fine di selezionare i coach incaricati di accompagnare gli investimenti promossi da imprenditori nei governatorati di Kef e Siliana, con particolare attenzione ai giovani e alle donne attivi nel settore dello sviluppo agricolo. Azioni complementari potranno inoltre essere estese agli altri governatorati del Nord-Ovest, nonch\u00e9 a Kairouan e Gab\u00e8s, per un numero limitato di investimenti che hanno gi\u00e0 beneficiato di un accompagnamento finanziario nell\u2019ambito del progetto TRACE (2021-2024), finanziato dai Paesi Bassi attraverso la Banca Mondiale.<\/p>\n

Il coach accompagnatore svolge un ruolo chiave come animatore delle dinamiche di sviluppo locale e deve essere in grado di facilitare la transizione verso investimenti sostenibili, innovativi e generatori di occupazione. Il coach deve promuovere per primo: la necessit\u00e0 di regolarizzazione, la trasparenza nelle procedure di appalto, l\u2019occupazione regolare di giovani e donne, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019adozione di un approccio di finanziamento misto (capitale proprio, credito e altre fonti).<\/p>\n
